Capoeira Martial Arts should be a non-contact sport & I've seen a lot of new beginners getting hurt. I see a lot of showing off hot dogging infront of other women in the class by the Capoeira teacher, seems to have no clue about the Brazilian Culture or respect the policy of PCYC agreement form. Although, the teacher who is Italian who clearly likes to think he's from Brazil, puts on a Brazilian act! I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Due to abuse in the past & swearing in front of children by the Teacher as I've been told. I honestly like to think that this Martial Art isn't for anyone or any children. It's fake. I've done this Martial Art years ago back in 1999, taught by a real Brazilian Teacher but due to his citizianship was exspired - he went back to Brazil 😓 It was fun & that's how I met my husband & a lot of my Capoeira mates in the past would agree with me on this typical martial Arts is now taken over by a fake teacher 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

A good quality and affordable gym with sufficient amount of cardio and resistance equipment to ensure you don't need to wait too long even at busy times. Some of the equipment is getting a little tired but doesn't get in the way of a good session. Well run with friendly and helpful staff. Competitive pricing and great for a casual visit if you're just in town for a few days. On the edge of the CBD so if you're staying downtown grab a bike and it's a pleasant 10 minute ride up the foreshore and across the highway. Reward yourself with a coffee in one of Edge Hill's many cafes or a walk around the adjacent lakes and Cairns Botanic Gardens.
