The furniture sold here is great and the service you receive in store is fantastic. We ordered an entertainment unit (which we love) but unfortunately for us it arrived with a gauge in the far corner. We were given the option to order a replacement (even though in store we were told it was the last one available) or they could refund 10% (which we went for). We were disappointed that we ordered from here and received a defective product - I guess we could have had another one delivered but then we had the hassle of unpacking and rewiring when the new unit arrived.

Bought a laz-e-boy recliner just over two years ago, a couple of minor issues were fixed quickly and completely to our satisfaction, after we contacted Trish from their Smithfield, Cairns store, we also bought a new Laz-e-boy couch with a minor issue which was fixed quickly, Trish was very helpful and the customer service offered was beyond reproach worthy of a 5 star review

Terrible product quality and even worse service. Our "genuine leather" chair with 3 yr warranty fell apart after 18 mths. They replaced it with a new one. Now after another 20 mths the replacement falls apart. They refushed warranty but sent a leather specialist around. Leather guy said its faulty leather. We were told too bad. No more warranty. Lucky for us ACCC say otherwise. Now persuing action through fair trading. We will also make this very public. Terible company ethics but happy to take your money!

Our sales man David was so professional showing a selection of pieces to choose from. David then sent us away without a sale telling us to (a) look around and compare prices (b) go home sleep on it then measure the area for right fit and think about the colours in our room for the best match. After a week we returned to vip and bought more items than planned not because of the up selling but because we saw a need for the new items. Thank you David

Bought a gift for someone two weeks ago, and because the person I bought it for didn't find it fitting anymore, they won't return it for that reason. Waste of money for something so expensive when it's easy not to find it fitting in a house after bringing it home.
