Worst place and service ever!!! My daughter had a layby on and had already paid hundreds of dollars. Her husband ( who is in the army) got posted to another state so she went to cancel the layby. The greedy animals took 40% of what she had paid just to cancel it. I understand a small fee but 40%. total rip off and very rude staff. Especially the lying regional manager

After going to every bedding store in Cairns I had almost given up on finding what I wanted at the right price and a delivery time that was quick and efficient until I went to 40 winks. From the start to the end I got great service and advice from Tracy in store and the delivery was handled perfectly on time and kept me informed and the bags off the mattresses taken away. All in all great service great price I couldn't be happier.

Forty Winks Cairns and in particular Cathy would have to give the best customer service and after sales service that I have ever received anywhere , ever. I would highly recommend anybody in the market for a new bed or mattress to not go anywhere else without going there first !!
It is time that good people were recognised for there exceptional service & skills
