The staff at Cairns Clinic are kind, caring and very professional. I would be lost without this place.

Is this a detox,for rapusts or mental health clients?why on earth put violent criminals in here??? WRONG,jail is for them.two and a half stars,doesn't say much at all,and I thought things were bad in Hobart!!!!

This place is no help. If you're a smoker you have to go out on the street to smoke. With a pub half a block away and a prisoner release accomodation next door. If you're not harassed by drunks .your offered drugs for sale. I spent time in there and was placed on over 3000 mg of mood stabilising ect drugs. I am not a violent person. There group secession are repetitive and a wast of time. I have personally seen a person drinking inside the facility celebrating her last day. She was asked to take it to her room. The food is pre cooked and reheated. I wouldn't go there again . They caused me more harm then good.

this place is pathetic, waited 3 months to be approved, got a phone call advising me i could would be accepted in ten days only for them to call me only a handful of days before i was to enter the facility that they would not be accepting me because i wasnt abusing the right substances
