When I decided to build my own gaming PC the first place I went looking for parts was PC Case Gear as I have heard good things from friends and had no issues with my small purchases in the past. They have competitive prices, a good range of products and great customer service so I felt more than comfortable purchasing my big ticket components from them.
I placed all my orders online and chose to pick up in store, in the end I visited their store a total of three times in one week to pick up my items. I was always impressed by their efficient service as my orders were always ready within 2-3 hours of placing them. I will definitely be purchasing from them again and I would recommend them to others.response / report this review -

Great prices, extensive product range, excellent customer support, and an overall well rounded shopping experience - so rounded that they’ve become a flawless sphere. Shipping times are convenient and packages are securely packaged with accurate tracking information. Items are in new condition with manufacturer seals and authentic serial numbers.
I’d like to give an extra shout out to Phil and Hamish of the online support team. They are incredibly knowledgeable people, professional, reply in a timely manner and are very calm and collected! Give em' a raise!response / report this review -

Costs might be a little higher, but it's 100% worth it. Max time I had to wait for a standard shipping package was 3 days.
Support team is amazing and very understanding.

Always a reliable place to get the premium parts from. The pricing is fairly good from searching around and nicely designed to get a pc build in order. Postage hasn't been a problem with the exception of my recent order which is still 2 days processing but no rush this time around. Warranty service is very nice compared to places I normally hear of, I somehow managed to bend a pin just a micro out (couldn't see anything wrong at the time, spend a good hour staring at those board pins) yet even though they send a message with every motherboard stating to be careful and I believe not warranty covered they still did their best to get it back in place and ship it back in working order. The replies to the service could be faster though from experience. Pleased from them so far and hopefully they get even better in the future with the small things that can get on the mind of people.

Ordered some parts as I'm building a gaming PC and PC Case Gear had the best prices and reviews. Was definitely not disappointed.. the parts got to me within a day (VIC > NSW) and they were packaged extremely well. Everything was as described and in perfect condition. Will be ordering again!

Editing my entire review!
I want to say thank you for the amazing work today (16/10/17)
I had a problem with my PC not booting at all. Called tech support and they said it could be the CPU, Motherboard or RAM.
I went in a couple days later and wasn't able to disassemble the PC due to not having the tools. I received tools and help on how to remove parts from my PC.
They ran diagnostics and found the issue to be my RAM and MoBo.
It was a simple process of refunding me the parts, and buying new parts.
Due to the help I received earlier, I was able to install the new parts myself!
My computer is now up and running again :)

I've been buying here for years. Great service and products. Have easily returned items under warranty with no issues. Whilst they are not a super cheap solution their service gas more than made up for it. Highly recommended.

Good place to get PC parts from. Cheaper than retail stores. This is only a pickup point so there are no products to browse etc. They do have computer facilities there so you can order at the site and pickup at the same time.

Excellent service always very prompt delivery. After many systems i've never had any warranty issues touch wood , but i did once mistakenly order a part i already had which i returned with no fuss after explaining what i had done. A+++++ Service. Update June 2017 I had a warranty issue with a monitor purchase and some dead pixels now this was a $1200 gaming monitor as well. Returned through warranty process and was kept up to date. Monitor was replaced under warranty no fuss within a week. Excellent service and great product support. A++++++++

When you purchase a new laptop, or anything really, you hope you will never need the warranty. This time I did and can say I have never been more impressed with the professionalism and communication than I have with what I received from the guys at PCCaseGear. They kept in touch throughout the whole process and listened and responded to my layman input about the problem. They even catered to my changing circumstances as I moved around the country. Thanks guys, for your effort and time.

I've purchased parts from PCCG for over 10 years for several different PC builds. They have always provided professional input when I had questions and when I've had parts fail PCCG have responded with exceptional professionalism. I can and do recommend them. Excellent prices, great online and over the phone customer service. Technical support was excellent on the first build I completed.
In store left a lot to be desired however; understaffed, slow and rude.
If you buy from PCCG, save yourself the trouble and buy online. Shipping costs are definitely worth it for the convenience.response / report this review
