I second everyone who has commented about the non existent customer service. First time I went, the lady was rude. She was having an attitude problem because we were taking our time to select the balloon colours. I let it go thinking she was having a bad day. Went in the second time and it was the same. The short blonde hair lady was still grumpy and was behaving like she's doing a favour to others by existing. When asked if they had different type of of cake topper, she says no without even giving it a thought and then I noticed 5 different types, right behind her, on the wall. No regret on pointing out the she was lying/not interested. Don't know if she hates her job or just needs some more training.

Love this place, so much variety, friendly staff great prices and always very accommodating. I always come here for my business @thesweetestescapebaking and I ALWAYS find what I need, thank you guys so much! :)

Good variety but the POS is a crowded and cluttered counter because the owner wants to have one pay pass station for the two cash registers. I made a comment about this and never said thanks but rather "this is our concern." The old guy seems to have forgotten the old motto that the customer is always right. He had four staff on duty and they were all talking among themselves. They need to be at the POS and he needs to be out back doing something else. Otherwise it is management by abdication.

Amazing service by the owners. My hubby bought me a Congratulations balloon. It stayed afloat for 4 months!!!!
