Amazing oven, makes unbelievable pizza. The service from Polito Wood Fire ovens was amazing, Angela handled all our questions and were able to assist in helping us purchase a Donatello 11 from the start to delivery Head down to Polito Wood Fire ovens and see Angela and the team you could not ask for better service.

We purchased the giotto. A beautiful addition to our home. The service at polito ovens was second to none and I highly recommend Angela and the team. They ensured that the oven we bought was tailored exactly to our needs!!!! Thanks so much, can't wait to continue cooking with this little gem.
