We purchased a mattress about a year ago that was supposed to be "plush" it felt amazing and comfortable in the store. When the mattress arrived it felt like a rock. After complaining someone from the company came to the house and felt the mattress and agreed there was some kind of error and we had been given a hard mattress. They took the mattress back and we were without a bed for a couple of weeks. Once the new one arrived it didn't feel much softer but we hoped it would soften once it was worn it ( we were advised this over the phone) It has been around one year now since purchase and the mattress is still rock hard. I purchased an expensive mattress topper just to make it half bearable but it has still been a year of waking up with a sore back. We have now purchased a new mattress and will be putting this brick out in the clean up. Strongly advise not to go with this brand if you want a plush mattress, the floor is more comfortable.

Recently purchased this brand and had a great experience with the store and the Comfort Sleep bed.
They store we went to was helpful when it came to picking the best bed for my needs. After a month of owning the Comfort Sleep bed I’ve found it great quality and was just what I was after. Will definitely be recommending friends keep an eye out for this brand next time they’re shopping around for a new bed.
