Appauling customer service.
After ten minutes of consultation was told to "this is ridiculous make a decision because everyone else has work to do". This said in an empty shop with four shop assistants. Will never shop at this store again.response / report this review -

Absolute rude service! I understand that at peak times it gets really busy and I dont mind waiting however after waiting 15 minutes to be served, the first girl that was free went and served another customer that had arrived after me even though I had been standing at the till and her seeing me multiple times. What was even more annoying is that I knew what I had wanted, I had the page open of the item I wanted from their catalogue and would have taken at most 5 mins. After I finally got served by anther girl, who had also seen me waiting for a while, there wasn't even an apology for the wait or a smile or any effort of polite customer service. Had to ask for girft wrapping even through I had already told her it was a gift. Seriously avoid this place or make the effort and drive to another pandora.
