Ordered drapes. After 2 measures they were installed and too short. They replaced them and the next set were too short. Now I have been without the drapes for over 3 months while I wait to get an ETA on the replacement set from Qld. I am the one chasing them up when they should be calling me. Cheap and nasty. Pay more for better service elsewhere.

it took more than 3 months to do my blinds. Kept coming 3 times because wrongly cut for my windows. until now still not finish. They always ask to pay in advance before install the blinds. I would not recommend this company to anyone. :-(

The worst customer service!. Our blinds were supposed to be ready end of January or early February. I made so many telephone calls & they never rang me back as promised!! Always an excuse & no one could tell me what the delay was all about. They didn't even have the decency to offer any sort of compensation. After at least 15 calls & still no resolution or date when the blinds would be fitted, my husband had to go into the shop and demand answers & refused to leave until they sorted it out & gave us an installation date. They were very quick to demand a deposit & even have the nerve to ask for full payment up front before installation!!!Never again would I use this company!!
