  CS Legal are wonderful to deal with. They are knowledgeable, reliable and prompt, which is exactly what is needed when it comes to settling a property. Jessica Yannakis is one of the best settlement agents I have come across and I would recommend her to anyone, especially those purchasing off-the-plan.

  Well the name "CS Legal" is a bit confusing. Documents written up by CS Legal had to signed off by a lawyer; CS "legal" cant do this.
  
  What I can say that was just great, we have a problem, they answer it. We have something come up after the bill is paid, they sort it out. I ring up and say "I don't have my case number, however bought this investment property at." and they know who I am.
  
  We have never met them, and they treat us like they have known us for awhile. Recommended by our finance broker (My Finance People) because they really know their stuff around Self Managed Super Funds, we can honestly say we are not disappointed, and would recommend and use them again ourselves. (Just don't let the name fool ya)

  We recently bought a commercial property and used Teresa Wise at CS Legal as our settlement agent. She was Professional, Prompt and kept us informed every step of the way. We would recommend her and the company she works for first time every time!

  Poor experience throughout our settlement process.
  Final invoice was more than agreed quote and when questioned was told i just wouldn't be getting a refund of the extra charges!
