The saleswoman was very helpful, she had great product knowledge, after shopping around we're happy we decided on the Plantino Oak. It looks lovely down, and the man who installed it was very skilled and we love getting complements on it! thank you so much! :)

The carpet in our living area was replaced with vinyl today by Choices Flooring, Joondalup. It appears to be a good job. However, we were told that the doors to other rooms would be taped up to contain the dust from the floor grinding to only those areas having vinyl laid. But they weren't taped up, with the result that everything in those other rooms was covered in a film of dust. When I told the installer that it looked like a good job, but I had one complaint: that the rooms adjacent to the grinding areas were not taped up, he started swearing with F-swear words, that he could not tape up the doors because he had to grind the concrete in those doorways. I said that it I had been told that, I could have covered the contents of those rooms with plastic sheets, which I had available, but all I received were irrelevant excuses with more F-swear words. I then complained to Choices Flooring Joondalup's manager, but I was not happy with his response. My advice is that if you are going to replace your carpet with vinyl, which involves grinding your concrete floor, cover everything in adjacent rooms with plastic sheeting!

Staff don't know the products. I was recommended a laminated floor to be water resistant, and just a few months after it was installed, my grandaughter dropped a small bottle of bubbles which i cleaned up within minutes but it made the board swell and it now has a permanent bubble. I have been advised that i will have to pay to have it rectified. I am so angry that i was told the opposite of what is true. I have a big family and pets and clearly this was the wrong fit for my family. Very disappointed with Choices Flooring and their lack of care after the purchase.
