  I requested for a quote for vacate clean which includes carpet steaming and they came back with a rough estimate between $750 - $800. I kept asking them for a firm pricing and and send someone over to give a proper quote but they said their staff will confirm the price before he starts the job. I was not comfortable with that but they sounded sure that it will not go more than they quoted. Well!! on the day of cleaning, the cleaner said it will cost me $1200 for the whole job because the house is big!! Of course I hit the roof!! That is $400 more than they quoted. I was absolutely annoyed disappointed and had to rush to find another cleaner. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Be very careful if you are going to use them.
  I wish there was a negative Star for a review. I would have given them 5 negative Stars!

  They did an amazing job and the price was fair for the high quality of the job performed. Our full bond was refunded and the landlord was very pleased on final inspection.

  We booked the end of lease service - the crew came on time (even early) and did a great job of the entire apartment.
  The agent even commented that we left the apartment in immaculate condition!

  I can HIGHLY recommend OZ Vacate. Two cleaned the house ever so thoroughly. They worked solidly for 5hrs and would not leave until it was spotless.
  
  I had many quotes to do the job and OZ Vacate was HALF the PRICE!
  
  I will be recommending this group to my friends and will use one day again soon.
