  Vik and the team are extremely harding professionals that always go above and beyond everytime I have used their company. No matter the job big or small they always deliver a quality service. They are polite, ontime , experienced and reasonably priced. You will not be disappointed with the work.

  Excellent service at a very busy time of year. Vik turned up within the hour, despite it being December 23rd and did a great job at a great price drying the carpets in my apartment building. He was always very responsive to messages. Highly recommend!

  Jena's Carpet cleaning was absolutely fantastic. They were prompt, professional and worked around my schedule following the initial clean up. I cannot recommend the company more. The price was reasonable and the company were extremely easy to deal with.

  Probably the best business to deal with in Melbourne full stop. Super reliable, timely, efficient, understanding, and flexible. I know I can depend on them to get tough stains out of furniture/ carpets. Was impressed after my first experience with them and wouldn't go anywhere else.

  I highly recommend Jena's team. My house was flooded with water, vick and his team did a excellent job in extracting the water and making the place safe for us. They were very professional, quick and friendly.
  
  Their quote was the best, and the service perfect. I am really thankful to vick and his team for all their help.

  Vik was awesome - very easy to communicate with, rescheduled my appointment without a problem when I was unable to make the original time. He arrived at 9am promptly. He worked around my needs to leave early and emailed me a copy of the receipt. Additionally, I had an old coffee stain on my carpet that I had ill-advisedly treated with a high PH chemical solution. Vik was able to restore it to unnoticeable condition - it really looks as good as new. Really really pleased with his work and professionalism and would highly recommend his services!!

  I highly recommend Jena's team. They have done two excellent jobs for me. Apart from offering a high quality service (some months ago for my flooded carpet and now for carpet steam cleaning) they are so friendly and professional. doesn't matter which day of the week you call them they attend to you very quickly, very affordable price too.   Had a terrible accident with the dog on brand new carpet. Vic was excellent. Carpet looks good as new.
