Oz Roller Shutters were absolutely amazing. Sam was polite & went out of his way to accommodate me & made sure my Shutters were installed before Christmas. I've used Oz Roller Shutters twice already. Would recommend this company to anyone.

We used Oz Roller Shutters in December 2020 to install 14 shutters. It was one of the best decisions we made with regard to our home. Having our first level balcony facing the west where the suns sets we suffered for a couple of years from rain and heat hitting our glass windows and glass sliding doors. Even though we had refrigerated cooling it was still very warm in the house because of the heat from the sun. When it would rain it would be terrible. Everything on the balcony would be soaked and the floor would be wet and slippery. None of the above happens now. Our house stays cool in summer and warmer in winter without using the central heating as much.
With electricity and gas going through the roof its been a great investment in hindsight
We also had them installed on the ground level which makes us feel very safe. Pretty difficult for an intruder to come in when these heavy duty roller shutters are down. We cannot praise Sam Navi and their crew enough. They are so polite and willing to go that bit extra to make you happy. The reason I am writing this review so long after install is because we had another shutter installed recently and completely forgot to write a review after the initial install. We believe they look great but that's our opinion. They also have this great tool on their website where you are able to calculate how much it will cost you. I called other companies but found Oz Roller Shutters were much more competitive and consultative. Highly recommended.
We chose black surroundings because our window frames are black but you can choose whatever you like.

  You won't be disappointed.

I have dealt with OZ Roller Shutters since 2018 and after having roller shutters installed yesterday on our two front windows, all our windows are now protected from heat, cold and reduced noise. They have a price calculator on their website which I found very useful. The installer has always arrived on time and worked professionally. I recommend OZ Rollers if considering installing roller shutters.

I never do reviews but feel I must make an exception this time.
Just had motors installed on two existing roller shutters (not even Oz Roller Shutters), plus 2 new roller shutters. Sam and the team made this a great experience for us.
This was a very difficult installation, but the guy who did the actual installing did a superb job. No problem went unsolved. His attention to detail was outstanding.
I can't recommend them highly enough.
I was nervous when we originally chose Oz Roller Shutters, but we worried unnecessarily.
11 out of 10 for these guys.
Thank you so much for a job well done.

OZ Shutters did a really good job, they were punctual, friendly and courteous. Sam and his crew are real professionals, no wasting time and they cleaned after they finished. I would highly recommend this company.

Sam and his team do a stellar job at a very reasonable price.

We have now had 11 electric shutters (of various sizes) and 2 security doors installed by the boys. The first lot were done 6 months ago and everything still works perfectly.

In the real world, things do go wrong. The key thing is how people respond. After the first installation, we noticed one of our electrical circuits had stopped working. I put in a call, and the guys were back to fix it the next day. No extra charge, even though part of the problem was dodgy old (existing) cabling.

Everything was left neat and tidy, no bad language or behaviour. All very respectful and professional. If you want roller shutters or security doors, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

We had our roller shutter installed in September 2016. From quotation to installation, the whole process just went smoothly. Sam provides good customer service and is easy to deal with. We compared a few quotes before choosing OZ shutter. Sam’s quote is very competitive. His team delivered quality product on time. Highly recommend.

Probably the best experience I've ever had with tradesmen.
We got a couple of quotes for roller shutters and Oz Roller Shutters were far and away the most affordable. That doesn't mean they're work was cheap though.
Sam and his team were amazing from the quote through to the final install.
Helpful, polite, professional and delivered a fantastic job.
Seriously, if you are in the market for roller shutters, don't bother looking anywhere else. These guys are the ones to go for.
