They came and collected my car the same day i put the request in online.
Took one star off due to being presented with a cheque rather than just sending me the money electronically or cash payment….it takes well over a week for a cheque to clear and not all of us are willing or able to leave the house just to deposit a cheque.

Easy experience and fair price to remove my old neglected car ($350 for 2003 Holden Astra). Great communication every step of the way. Called them Thursday afternoon, they promptly called back after I left a message, said they guaranteed removal by Monday but would do their best to source a driver for the next day, and would call me either way to confirm. Tow truck driver called 2 hours later to confirm next day pick up. Geoff from Magic Towing called that morning when he was on the way, was very professional and friendly on arrival. Cheque for amount quoted on the phone. Stress free and hassle free!

Website is very transparent on how they operate. Received a text message quote within an hour of calling. Reasonable price offered for a very old car.

Tow truck was available for next day collection. Tow truck driver was very polite when he called to give me an estimated time of arrival. He was very apologetic when he called to say he would be a bit later than anticipated. He called 30 min before his ETA and arrived at the time he gave.

Car was collected quickly and efficiently. Received a cheque for the agreed amount after car was loaded onto the truck.

I would definitely use this company again if I need another car scrapped.

Excellent reliable, just to be noted, a reminder they deal with Bank Cheques, not actually Cash, so know we have to go to bank, so may take up to 5 days so cheques can clear. Thanks for on the day removal anyway, very stricked, needed License+, just to remove a unregistered+ Vehicle.
