Cocktails delicious and look wow but very long time to wait for them. Also the short haired girl behind the bar not friendly. The service was poor.
We saw a few people enter from the side of the bar and nobody checked their vaccination and they didn’t check in. Not safe.response / report this review -

A very lovely place with a variety of boats and a couple very large luxurious yachts in the mariner. A beautiful place to walk and when not locked down a great place to dine in.

Amazing hotel experience. Huge room with every comfort. We loved the free mini bar and treats. The food is exceptional and we aren't even vegetarian. Loved happy hour drinks . The atmosphere in Alibi was awesome and very inviting. Location is spot on. The staff clearly enjoy working there.

Wow what an amazing experience I had. I really could not fault my stay for a recent birthday. I was met by lovely smiling staff. My room was the perfect balance of casual but cool. A lovely hand written note on arrival and a free cocktail to help kick off my celebrations. Thanks team, keep up the great work.

Hands down THE BEST HOTEL EXPERIENCE I have ever had!
Customer service is on point. I highly recommend this place for any and every occasion.
Shout out to Bridget for helping me make my friend's wedding weekend such a memorable amazing experience. I guarantee you they are not paying you enough for what your worth. Also a shout out to Drew for always having a smile on your face.

Great stay for two nights. Booking direct with the hotel offered some awesome inclusions which made the value for money a strong feature. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are modern and comfortable, neat little touches throughout. Great to be able to use Alibi for breakfast and then social hour drinks in the evening. The pool was an added bonus.

The location was great and the room was a good size. We loved the lollies bag and the unlimited mini bar.
There were, however, a few things that were average. There was no soap in the room which was strange. The shower gel was affixed to The shower wall so could not use it to take a bath.
The food offerings were not so fantastic. There were many plant based options (which is great) but no so many other options.
The hotel almost expected guests to have an Apple account, Netflix accounts to watch movies. We had neither so free TV it was! My biggest issue was that the previous guest had not signed out of his Apple account; the hotel had not rebooted the system. This is a major privacy issue. We contacted the reception and informed them and were advised to log him out. To me, this is not good enough.response / report this review -

One of My favourite places to stay in Sydney.
I love the loft rooms so much room to spread out and fantastic views.
The staff and services are fantastic.
I often invite friends over for meals as the dining an atmosphere is elegant.
It is close to lots of activities to see in Sydney i hardly use my car when I am here.

I wish I could put 10 Stars!!By far the best hotel we have stayed in Sydney. The staff are a huge credit to the Ovolo and they are the ones who make your experience the best, the price of the hotel is great plus you get all the perks when booking through their website. We arrived early and the lovely lady on reception said our room was ready, I didn't get her name but she was super friendly and very engaging which made our experience more personal. When we got to the room they had a birthday card and cake for my partner which was beautiful. We decided to go for a wonder and when we got back we thought we would try a cocktail, again we were early and the lady at the bar was still setting up but still it was no hassle for her to make us a cocktail, which was unreal!! We went down for our free drink before heading out for dinner and then when we got back to the bar she remembered us and asked if my partner would like his birthday cocktail. She was just amazing and made us feel important. Their was a DJ too who played a good mix of songs. We had the best stay with you and already can't wait to come back. Thank you so much!

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful - shout out to Chris at the front desk who dealt will all our weird and wonderful requests with enthusiasm and a smile, thank you for making our stay such a delight!
The rooms were very modern, clean and lots of space to be super comfortable. A little bit of noise can be heard through the walls, but I suppose this is to be expected in this heritage building.
