  Teachers, managers, directors cannot be contacted directly. If the receptionist Jackie doesnt wanna connect you you cant report your concerns. The college is not willing to answer all your questions so you cannot be sure if the course you want to enrol in suits you. After waiting awhile in the reception area I spoke to Stuart who said they cannot give full information about courses or the college unless you are an enrolled student and you are not a customer unless you are an enrolled student-- not even prospective students are customers, nor those making enquiries can be considered customers.
  
  Recently the government slashed funding for PSCs programs so doing an Advanced Diploma now will take you 4 years to complete part-time and you have to pay up front or on a payment plan costing totally about $17000. If you dont want to pay up front and want to study a shorter amount of time instead you will have to enrol in the Bachelor of Photography which is 3 years full time, costlier, and consumes a huge chunk of your FEE HELP lifetime limit.
  
  PSC can be forgiven for their decisions and their actions but they need to be transparent, take time to call back all those they have treated horribly and apologise, and be accommodating to maintain a good reputation.
  
  I think the organisation is confused about what the issues are. The issues are not about not having government funded diplomas but the discourteous and unmindful treatment I got from staff for refusing to allow me to speak to a manager, director, or decision maker in person face to face or on the phone.
  
  PSC simply offers you to put your concerns in writing via email but not the opportunity to speak to a manager so you can be taken seriously. The problem with written email feedback is that instead of key people someone else can write a response to your grievances on behalf of the company to tell you to go away. What seems to be the issue with allowing for an appointment to see the manager regarding your concerns? Are they refusing to resolve the matter? Do they believe they are not accountable to prospective students making enquiries so they refuse an appointment to meet and insist on written correspondence?
