  Highly recommend Optimove! From the first contact the move co-ordination team were incredibly helpful, available to talk to via email and phone and took the time to answer any questions. The removalists arrived on time, with a courtesy call ahead of their arrival. They were pleasant, polite, and respectful of my belongings. They worked efficiently and safely and the move was completed without any issue, despite having a mixed load and multiple delivery locations. Fantastic! Thank you!

  Today we enjoyed a very professional move from Chapel Hill in Brisbane with a wonderful team from Optimove. The move went so smoothly in a no-fuss manner, that the stress was removed for us and we had full confidence in the team and their amazing leader. It was a large move but due to their efficient yet careful methods, it took a very reasonable time to complete. All goods were packed in a very safe manner and no damage at all occurred. The removalists were incredibly polite, thoughtful and obliging, which we thoroughly appreciated. We highly recommend Optimove for any removal job at all.

  The best removal team. All the way through the service was impeccable. From booking the job and the communication around that, to down to the removalists themselves. They squeezed us in, and stayed in communication on the day to keep us up to date with their ETA. The job was estimated to take 2 hours and they did it in that. The team moving the items were careful and respectful with the items and they were lovely! will definitely be using this team again!

  We were very impressed with the process from booking their service till the end of the removal. We had David, Johnny and Reece. They were a cheerful, happy and singing to music while they worked fast and efficiently. Nothing was too hard. They were careful with all our furniture. No damage to anything. We had a 5 bedroom house to move, ending up having to do it in 2 trips. The boys were very willing to see the job through even though our move was a 3hr round trip! They worked solidly for 11hrs. I would thoroughly recommend them. It made the our move stress free. The cost was very affordable too.

  David & Johnny turned up 5 minutes early and on time. They were absolutely incredible. So helpful, friendly, fast & efficient. They wrapped everything before they put it in the truck and were really careful with everything. The did a 4 bedroom House from start to finish in 6 hours. Both Houses had lots of stairs and some items really heavy but they did it with a smile! I have recommended Optimove to another couple of friends that are moving! It was the smoothest move and what was suppose to be a stressful day was anything but that! Thank you to David and Johnny for really making moving day a happy experience

  We never had any experience with movers before and heard bad stories from friends and family. We were thus quite reluctant to use a moving company. However, this time round we had an extremely inaccessible apartment and with a 1 year old, we couldn’t do the move on our own. Optimove was the first company I contacted after reading some online reviews. The booking process was extremely simple and despite many changes to the booking on our front, you guys were so accommodating.
  
  The movers were punctual on both our move to storage and storage to new home. They were very efficient and not once did we hear complaints about how difficult it was to get things in and out of the apartment - something we got quite accustomed to from others who delivered furniture when we first moved in.
  
  We had our final move to our home today and we couldn’t be more thankful- the whole process took only couple of hours and saved us so much stress and time! It is the best money we have spent. All our furniture was wrapped and looked after and there wasn’t any damage at all.

  The two guys that helped in our move were nothing but exceptional. Friendly, professional and polite. Well done Optimove for employing such great staff. The moving was way easy and done amazingly well. Highly recommend Optimove to anyone. Great job and a huge thanks. And thanks guys. Really appreciate the work.
