We purchased an inflatable hot tub as a lockdown treat, and had no idea about chemicals. Thankfully I came across Aquatune's Starter Kit which has everything I needed to get going. I was also amazed at how quickly the package arrived during the lockdown in Greater Sydney. Thanks to Josh and staff for the friendly and efficient service online.

Aquatune had 2 products I couldn't source from a number of pool shops near home in SE Melbourne. Prompt free shipping and attention to detail. Good work Josh and co.

So so impressed with the customer service from here. I ordered a start up kit for my spa, the shopping experience was easy and seamless. I received an email from Josh extending his thanks and letting me know he was there for any support which I thought was lovely! My package arrived quickly with no issues with a hand written note thanking me for my order. It really is those small little touches that make shopping with a family run business so great. I won't be shopping anywhere else for any of my spa products! Great work guys.
