  Highly recommend Master Pools - from the advice at the display centre to the site visit to work out the positioning of the pool in line with easement the planning was great. For the install itself, the team was on-time each day and worked diligently and asked for any clarification where needed. Communication throughout the planning and install was second to none - very responsive to any questions we had as first timers. After sales service for any questions is great too! The entire team was great so big shout out to Cam, Matt and all the other boys! Hope their bonus slab of beer went down a treat too!

  We had a fantastic experience using Master pools to install our swimming pool. From the first day when Cam visited our home, to our dealings with Kelly over the phone, to the last day when we had our handover, we could not have asked for a more professional, friendly experience. Cam and his team could not have been more helpful with answering all of our questions regarding the pool and its operation, as well as going the further step of dealing with a unforeseen issue during the build (not related to their works). Thanks again to everyone from Master pools for the amazing work, bring on summer!

  Couldn't be happier with the entire experience we had with Master Pools Australia. Extremely professional and made the entire process from beginning to end super easy and stress free. Great communication and always very helpful. Highly recommend. Thanks guys
