Once it was good? other night a week night maybe 15 to 20 people there hot night girl was very friendly arrived just after 6pm she took our orders after a couple of drinks noticed other people getting meals before ours girl came over realizing we were still waiting manager came over more concernd about his loss of wages 1 .1/2 hours later still no meals so disappointing we paid for the drinks then walked out 4 cooks in the kitchen easy meals hate to see it on a busy night

What a shame! Incredible food with a total lack of service. We waited 90 minutes for our food. The waitress was cluelessly incompetent. Hopefully the owner can read this and see how damaging it can be to not provide adequate employee training and leaving your investment to be run by amateurs.

Great menu and service. Hotel lounge has been recently re-decorated. Comfortable seating in dining area. Relaxing ambiance.

They have just taken over, so be patient.
Menus for lunch aren't up to scratch, entrees are missing. Waiter didnt know what the roast of the day was, but all that aside i cant complain about the food or the price. Great beer selection, served by genuinely great people. Only tip for the owner is to sweep up all the cigarettes from the night before, because the kids have to run though them to get to the playground.

Excellent atmosphere and very friendly staff however ordered 4 meals, 3 of them where parmas, (which could have been a little bit bigger) 2 of the meals came out first then the other 2 came out 20 mins after the first 2 even though they where ordered just 2mins apart, but the bar staff did shout a round of drinks to rectify the issue which was greatly appreciated.

Love the new decor. And the pies are excellent. Haven't had a bad meal since the new owners took over. The steak roll is a fav of my husbands. 100% better now than a year ago

I can't really comment on the service when busy; but as one of the only two tables ordering tonight we could not have asked for more prompt service or better hot rock steak $29.50 was an absolute bargain and $10 for a jug of soft drink was also a great price! The steak was MUCH larger than expected. I would honestly say the 3 inch tall steak (which i expected to be quite small in diameter and tough in texture) was the most absolute met in your mouth, at least 500GRAM steak i have ever had! Even my partner gave up just over half way through. If your not afraid to pay the $30 for the meal then you MUST try this dish!!
