  M502. An absolutely gorgeous apartment, with amazing views.
  Yes there is a lot of amenities in this apartment, but it lacks the basic things that a 5 star property should have. Most budget motels have a hair dryer, Wi-Fi, Foxtel, a clothes horse ( not all clothing can be put in the dryer).
  Thankyou for all the other things that are here for our use as well.

  I had been looking for a place to stay in Scarborough which would make a great location for my upcoming pre-wedding photos. When I came across the penthouse suite at the Observation Rise I was extremely excited at the prospect of staying at such an exceptional location with breath taking views.
  I made an enquiry to book the suite and had a very polite and prompt response from Lisa. I made some further enquiries as I decided to extend my stay. When I sent a follow up email I received a response from Helen which left me feeling confused as the response was completely rude, abrupt and so far from the level of service and commitment I had received from Lisa.
  I had to re-send my email to Helen and expand as I thought that there had been some sort of misunderstanding. Helen again responded with another abrupt, short answer so I decided to call instead.
  I spoke to Helen and started the conversation by offering an explanation of my conversation with Lisa as at this point I still thought that there was some sort of misunderstanding.
  Helen was extremely rude on the phone, offered no explanation for the tone of her emails and even though I told her that I was upset about this whole experience she offered me no re-assurance or nor did she offer a solution.
  The only question I had asked was if there was a price difference if 2 people stayed as opposed to 6 people? In return I was left with this awful experience and now a need to change the location for my pre-wedding photos.
  I decided to write a review in hope that the owners of this property get an idea of how their property is being managed and the level of customer service their potential clients are being given.
  As a client willing to pay $550 per night for numerous nights I can not begin to understand how someone like Helen has been employed to represent this beautiful accommodation at such an iconic location.
  Helen clearly lacks basic customer service skills which is highly disappointing for the owners and any future clients wanting to book at this location.

  Most of the staff were friendly.. the dryer didnt work and they didnt follow up on that..also the toilet water leaking through the 7 night.. was annoying to know thats water wasting.. i had to imagine it was running river to calm my nerves down.. and to fall asleep
  
  other than that the view was spectacular..

  Over the last two month I was able to call the observation rise my home.
  This is definitely the monst beautiful place to stay in Perth.
  The staff is very friendly and the location is just great.
