Thank you to the C&R team! Katherine recommended we get title insurance and thank god we did! Septic tanks and leech drains weren't decommissioned and we almost had to fork out thousands.
Submitted 3 quotes and the insurance will be paying. Thanks for saving my ass guys! Service was fantastic, not the cheapest but when is the cheapest ever the best? Never. This is the biggest buy you will make for the next decade, spend a couple of hundred extra to get peace of mind and know that you are in safe hands.
