Momentum Wealth and the team are by far THE best real estate agency that I have ever had interactions with as a tenant. They were always very quick to respond and made interactions so easy when it comes to requests or work orders. The team of ladies are so lovely and are very easy to communicate with. I have rented as a tenant for 3 years with Momentum wealth and never had a single issue. At the start of our tenancy two years ago I was concerned we were dealing with just another rude, non-responsive and unfair property management team. Ladda took over management of the property we were renting and was an absolute delight. She communicates promptly, is absolutely lovely and does her job with pride and integrity. I wish all property managers treated their tenants with such respect.

Momentum Wealth were recommended to us via word of mouth from several different people we have known for a long period of time. From start to finish Ryan Marriner was friendly yet extremely professional to deal with. Each stage of the process was clearly explained and several financial options were presented to us in regards to getting our first mortgage.

We trusted Ryan's experience to guide us through the process from start to finish and we were not disappointed. We have rented a property from MOMENTUM WEALTH for over 7 years..
After a rocky start, Margarita Foscolos took over as property manager. From day one she was professional and proactive and involved which made our exchanges personable. Margarita was always quick to respond to any issues we faced, her willingness to solve issues in a timely manner also following up even after the issue's had been resolved was amazing. My partner and I cannot thank Ray and Lisa enough for the assistance they gave us in purchasing our first investment property.

Not only was it our first investment property but it was also our first property. We were very nervous about investing so much money into one asset but Ray and Lisa were always there for us.

To add to the complexity and stress of our first purchase we live all up north around 2000 kms away from where we wanted to buy.

Each week Ray and Lisa would send us a list of recommendations which were always spot on to what we wanted. These places had all the information we needed to know but probably would not have asked if it weren’t for Ray’s knowledge.

Once we gave Ray and Lisa the go ahead they would negotiated on our behalf and were always on our side ensuring we got a property for the best value.

The house we got was on the market for $500 000 Ray and Lisa got it for us for $445, 000.

I have been a client of Momentum Wealth since 2010 (Buyer's agents, Finance and Property management departments), and over the last two years they have managed a 6 unit development for me. I had no previous experience in Property Development and their expert advice during the initial feasibility and planning stages was really valuable. Obtaining finance was quite difficult and took quite a lot longer than expected, but thanks to their perseverance and contacts in the industry they were able to find me a really good loan that saved me a lot on interest. During construction they regularly monitored progress, always keeping me informed and handling negotiations with the builder very effectively. Most importantly they were able to keep additional costs to a minimum. The development and property management teams started working together effectively towards the end of the development in order to start advertising for tenants as soon as possible. The development team also handled the final negotiations with the builder very effectively, and their experience in finding defects during the final inspection (and pushing to get them fixed promptly) was invaluable. Their understanding of the titling process was another important factor that helped save time. Unfortunately some of the people who handled my project have now left Momentum, but I would like to commend Kate, Kelly and Zac who handled the last stages very effectively, even though there was a staff shortage at the time and they were quite overloaded with work. They are still following up a few loose ends and will be handling negotiations with the builder if any defects are detected within the first six months after completion.

I first met with Warwick (mortgage broker) in March to look at my finances, budget and buying price. Being a bit of a picky house hunter, it took for around 8 months to find 'the one!' Warwick was available at any time for me to talk to him, even sending me property reports sat night or early Sunday morning before heading to home opens. His professionalism, communication and knowledge on the market was outstanding. I managed to seal myself a wonderful rate at a big bank and had such a wonderful experience as he took the stress out of everything and was optimistic and enthusiastic with my negotiating.

I will not be hesitating to promote Warwick’s services to anyone that will listen, as he is an outstanding mortgage broker.

Working with Scott and the team, over an extended period of time, to find and secure the right home for us was made all the more simpler by dealing through Momentum Wealth. No question was left unanswered and they were answered in a manner that was understandable and timely. What was also refreshing was that there was no pressure to move quickly - Scott was fully understanding and supportive of our needs and timing requirements (we took nearly 24 months from initial contact).

In short I highly recommend Scott and Momentum Wealth and would happily be a repeat customer.

This real estate is a joke to deal with. One property manager in particular was so unprofessional. She had next to no contact through the duration of our tenancy. Would organise for people to 'walk through' the property but never told us that this was planned. Took months for our bond money to be returned. Was unreasonable and would take up to a week to return emails. Took bond money for damages caused by past tenants which was obvious through picture evidence. No policy for wear and tear on a very old home. NEVER been through such a horrible real estate company as a tenant. Stay right away unless you want to get ripped off and be stuffed around for months.

Very disappointing bordering on criminal. On the property management side of the business and from a tenants perspective; there was mismanagement of accounts, unauthorized debiting of money and poor communication. This is the first time I have ever written a review, but it is very frustrating to have unauthorized debiting because of their incompetence. As an investment property owner myself, I would not use or recommend their services.
