Major repairs required. All good except a quoted three days turned into almost three weeks. Then 4.30pm pick up turned into 8.30 next morning, then just an hour ant then just another hour and three quarters. Happy with car etc but had to cancel trip to visit 90yr old mother. And another day passes.

Poor service and customer service, poor communication skills. Booked car in for warranty work, waited and waited 2-3months later i call the service department up and ask what is happening they reply my car isn't covered under warranty and they never bothered to tell me and also asked if they had a qoute of the part nope no quote either asked to get emailed a quote this afternoon which isnt hard to do and well no email either. should all be ashamed to work in that department poorest form ever.

E-mailed Dealership last Wednesday 27/6 advising Fair Trading advised to drop Navara back to dealer. Advised dealer I would drop car off 3/7which I did. Received E-mail 4.02pm 4/7 saying vehicle booked in for service 5/7.Rang they said had to make time for work to be done I said what after 2 days
