  I recommend Natalia even though I didn't even purchase from her! She is not a typical used car dealer at all. She did not have the car with quite the features that I wanted. So - instead of doing what a typical sales person does and try to sell me the car she had even though it was not what I wanted, instead she directed me to one of her competitors - and made sure that it was a competitor who she said was the most reputable for correct compliance, no odometer windbacks etc).
  
  What she has demonstrated to me is that you can trust what she says and you don't need to feel that she is trying to sell you something that might not be in your best interest.
  
  I am very happy with my purchase, and I have Natalia to thank that I even found it.

  Firstly, I would like to say BIG THANK YOU to Natalia. Her service is always above beyond compare to other car dealer shops. Her honesty, quick response, and knowledge of Japanese cars.. list goes on. Most importantly, she takes care her customer and continue to do so even after purchasing a car. This is what I call "the best customer service".

  Amazing service, amazing people movers.
  
  It was so easy to find and get into the car I wanted. I wanted something clean, well-presented with plenty of room and flexibility. I definitely found it here, and I could trust that the car was honest as well with Nat taking care of all the checks and validations before I made the purchase.
  
  Honestly, I wish buying a car was this easy every time. If you’re on the fence, have a drop Natalia a line and have a chat about the best people mover you have your eye on.
  
  I can’t recommend it enough.

  Got a nice and clean Mitsubishi Delica D5 with the help of Natalia from Best People Movers. They provide awesome service and support through the entire process.
  
  This is how the process looked like in my case.
  
  Each car which we tried to look at before auctioning in Japan was physically inspected and Natalia was sending me pictures straight away. Also for each car she was checking original Japanese rego paperwork to make sure that car's mileage grows continuously and hence is genuine. That allowed to filter out all the bad or suspicious variants. Ultimately the way she was doing all pre-auction checks made me to feel very safe and confident when finally auctioning the car.
  
  The entire process took 6 weeks. First two or three weeks we spent just checking different variants that come up on Japanese auctions. Where I was pretty much just watching pictures that Natalia was sending me from time to time and reading her comments about the cars condition. And she was doing all the work for finding variants on the Japanese auctions and sending people to inspect the cars. After the car was finally chosen and purchased on the auction it took the rest two or three weeks to get it into Australia, make all the compliance and present it to me in a final shiny outlook.
  
  Definitely recommend Best People Movers for anyone who wants to import a Japanese car and to feel safe and confident about their choice and auctioning process.
