  Our pool pump started on its way to the hereafter with a terrible death rattle. Was worried neighbours would be none to happy with the noises it was making as it shuffles off this mortal coil. Was able to give the folks at North Brisbane Pool Care a call, and they arrived within a day to replace. Took the old pump off to that pasture in the sky and got the new variable speed pump installed in less than an hour. Definitely appreciate their ability to get out here quickly and resolve the issue - and I am looking forward to the cost and energy savings the new variable speed pump will bring.

  Wouldn't recommend going here. Went to get my water tested. told him i had most of the chemicals. Duane told me pool was "outta wack" and needed heaps of stuff and never gave me the testing results because I would buy anything even after I rang asking for them. Felt he was rude and arrogant (sounds like I'm not the first reviewer to say this). Staff in Atlantis just down the road are much nicer and helpful. Also they advised only 1.5lt Acid was required so not sure what test results he got. Wasnt able to rate them zero stars.

  We purchased a pool cleaner from here and had issues with it not cleaning the pool correctly.
  We went in store to get some help/advice with the pool cleaner over three weekends and no one was able to help us. They kept telling us that they would get someone else to call to help. We are still waiting for the call 4 months later.
  The owner of the store was arrogant and would not listen to our concerns.
  Due to the poor service we went to Alantis pool service shop in the same suburb.

  Best local pool care store! Excellent service. Had everything we needed for our pool. Free water tests too.
  Definitely coming back in future.

  Called the shop this morning, and enquired about pool pumps. Not only did they match the price from another place, but the pool pump got delivered within 2hrs of my phone call. I can only give 5 stars for this service. Many thanks! A+
