The staff here are always amazing, we've been coming with our two dogs for the last couple of years. One of our dogs is a bit nervous at the vet and they do such a good job of relaxing her and giving her a bit of extra time to get her comfortable. They are also provide very good communication, and are up front with their costs. We called up once with a foster dog and they were able to give us free advice when they could have charged us for a consult. Highly recommend them! Great service, staff and price.

They are so rough and do not care about animals at all. I wish I could rate less then 1 star. They charged me an absolute fortune and diagnosed my cat with bizarre diseases when he was just constipated. It's safe to say i would never bring my pets there again. Lovely staff but a lack of knowledge.

I would suggest waiving the initial $80 for new local customers. These are return customers looking for a place to take their pets for ongoing appointments. It seems expensive as other vets do not have this initial fee. Lets help the local community!

Friendly, professional practice that really care for your animals. The team at Noah's always have my fur kid's wellbeing as their first priority. I love that their services include chiropractic and acupuncture.

The staff at Noah's Ark Medowie and Nelson Bay are amazing! I love how Shambe my big black German shepherd is loved and cared for and the special care also given to his emotional overprotective mummy (aka me!) Dr Ilona Hudson is a god send with her chiropractic skills which keeps Shambe happy and pain free! Thank you all xxx love Shambe and his people Cherie and Jim

Having been a customer of Noah’s Ark since the day their doors opened, I can honestly say that you won’t get better vet care for your pets. I have utilized the services available for my dogs, cats and horses, and the care they receive is always professional and very caring. It is a real benefit to me that there is also alternative therapies available for my pets in chiro, acupuncture and massage which for one dog has made life changing differences. 5 stars from me.

We have been clients of Noah's Ark Vets for 15 years. During that time, we have found Ilona, Donald and their staff to be courteous, professional and extremely understanding. Their compassion and empathy during times of our dog's illnesses and eventual deaths, has been nothing but tremendous (and appreciated more than I could ever communicate here). They treat my husband, myself and our motley fur-kids like family. I cannot rate them highly enough, and would recommend them to anyone. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

The level of customer service Noah’s Ark Vet provides is A+. It is obvious they love their job and the animals they care for. I am always confident that my fur child will be well taken care of when he’s silly and hurts himself. If you want the peace of mind of knowing your pet will be cared for at all times when they visit Noah’s Ark Vet, then this is the place to go.
