I had some rust repairs done on my Toyota Hilux, to repair these rust repairs my canvas canopy on my tray had to be removed.
When I got my car back my canvas canopy was damaged. The way they tried fixing this was with a piece of rope they tied to my canopy to hold down the damage they created while removing the canopy, to add to the insult they couldn't even clean their mess they made while doing the repairs with metal shavings all throughout the cab of my car, all over my seats and floor.
If this is how they treat peoples vehicles I would expect the workmanship to be just as abysmal.
I really regret using these guys and do not recommend this business.

Had to get an assessment on my vehicle after collecting a kangaroo. It wasn't what I expected - I expected a messy, dirty reception with girly mags and cigarette butts everywhere. But it wasn't- was impressed with the modern professional office receptionist and was promptly looked after by the assessor who took the time to investigate the car thoroughly, finding that although my headlight appeared undamaged - he found the brackets were snapped! So far I'm impressed!

I am astounded about how helpful and professional this company are. We live in a different LGA so we're unable to take our vehicle for repairs due to Covid restrictions They went out of their way to collect, repair then deliver the vehicle to us. What other companies do that. Thankyou is not enougj

All the team at Gerrards Smash Repairs have been outstanding! I dropped my car off on Monday morning and had it back, just as new by Wednesday afternoon! The staff were great and the work was top quality. I highly recommend Gerrards to anyone in need of a smash repair company. Thanks to Bob and the team!!

Repairs were done however my vehicle was returned with four very noticeable scratches on the interior passenger side window which definitely we're not there before. I rang to have it fixed where there was no admission of responsibility and no resolution offered. I would not recommend Gerard's due to this. I now have more damage to my car that I will need take Gerard's to fair trading for the repairs. This choice of repairer has resulted in a more time consuming process an inconvenience and added stress.

I took my car in on a Monday and had it back by Friday ,Amazing work. So friendly. Wish all repair shops were as good as these guys. And the receptionist (Maddie i think) was so helpful, and friendly.
10/10 guys keep up the amazing work
