The lady at the reception is so rude and aggressive. I have visited two times. She doesn't greet. She doesn't even give proper information what to do next. this place is like hell. I would never ever visit there. It was a terrible experience. Do not visit please.

I have been to Southern Pathology Junction St Nowra for the 2nd time in a month and both time my experience was very positive. The pathologist was very professional, courteous and friendly. Both times I did not feel the needle and no bruising. Well done and thank you

Yesterday afternoon, I went to your Nowra southern pathology, I got a such terrible service!
The most angry is not that the unskilled technician can not find my blood vessels twice, in my blood vessels everywhere disorderly poke, the most angry is your manager's attitude, she thinks up and down in the patient's blood vessels around random, is so professional service! While the rest of you professionals only need once to find the patient's blood vessel, why is your rude manager so unreasonable and unreasonable without any attitude of apology?
Taken an injection three times for found my vessels! The first two were poked up and down in my arm by a technician who couldn't find the blood vessels at all! And the most infuriating thing was that after I told her to stop, she proved that she had found a blood vessel with a little blood from my broken skin, and the manager and supervisor of your clinic all came to me and said, your professional service is to poke up and down and left and right for looking the blood vessel! But, your true professional technician found the blood vessel in once! The second technician found my blood vessel skillfully, a true professional technician could never up and down to into patient's vessels to find blood vessel! Your service attitude is extremely outrageous and unreasonable!response / report this review -
