They have some extra features not found at all car washes, such as the "conditioning spray" and the "turbo dry", which is like a large expensive hair dryer.. but there are not many wash bays and theyre not exactly the cleanest I've used. However there is a decent kebab van located there, open late.

This place has the WORST customer service ever. We purchased the online coupon promotion, and decided to book for car detailing today. Prior going there, we already took out all the rubbish as requested by the staff on the phone. When we arrived, the old guy (who wears glasses and ear studs) inspected the car and found out there was a lot of dog fur in the car, then he started whining that he would not be able to clean the dog's fur, it would take him 2 hours to do it and he would only want to do it for 1 hour. I tried to calm him down, asking him to at least CLEAN it first and see how it goes. Then when he was about to vacuum it he was whining again, and I asked what's going on? He said my car was a dog canal, he would be hard to clean it, etc. Then I lost my patience and said, well when we bought the coupon it didn't say it wouldn't accept dog fur, it didn't say it would only clean for 1 hour. As a customer we purchased for a service, and we expected the good service in return (and FYI, it's only fur not dog's poo). Then he started YELLING at me, telling me my house would have been like a dog pound, etc. I lost my patience, I asked him to shut up and just do his work, as he said if he only had 1/2 hour remaining, then better do the work rather than complaining. When another staff arrived, I asked the lady whether he was the owner, but it turned out this old guy is not the owner. It's such a shame that a grumpy staff like this old guy has given bad reputation to the car wash, as the other lady seems very nice. And it's weird that the car wash that provides dog wash service employs a staff that has a huge problem cleaning dog's fur in the car. U must remember this, we purchased what was offered in the online coupon. You put the offer in the online coupon for your promotion to get customers. We, as a customer, just trying to get the best deal for us, whether the car is full of mud, we don't care. If the car was already clean in the first place, we would not pay someone to clean it, we would only pay someone to clean the car only if it was dirty. And for the old guy, if u don't like clean a dirty car, simply quit your job and find something else that suits you. You have given bad reputation to your employer mate.
