Friendly staff, offers great facilities. Aerobic and workout equipment is getting very dated, cafe food below average.. ie cold, or slow to serve.
Lacking security as many members are complaining about theft, especially in carpark, but nothing seems to be done about it.. NG has loads of potential.

The facilities are great for all ages, awesome gym and creche (open to 2pm), kids play equipment, awesome pools (indoor and out), courts and chill out areas. Food from the cafe is excellent and good prices. I regularly use the gym, pools, spa and sauna, creche and cafe.

There is no justification for taking money from people who were obliged to move far a way from the Gym area. I advise not to go with 12-month contract. They will milk you to the end of that contract with no mercy and even shame of taking that money.

A health club with everything under one roof! Friendly staff, amazing food. Up-to-date gym with family friendly facilities. Great group exercise classes. Perfect for families. Kids swim, tennis and activities. Holiday activities. Kids play area. Adults relaxing area. Spa, salon and real estate! Had a perfectly hosted "Pool Party" for my son's birthday with great food!
