I have had multiple treatments done at Mandurah Anti Ageing Clinic, i never leave disappointed!
The staff are so friendly they always make me feel welcome.
They are very knowledgeable about their treatments and products.
Great location the view from the waiting/reception area is amazing!

Lynne deserves a 0-star for her terrible service. Here's what happened: She coaxed me into signing up for a 6-course treatment when I only wanted 2. After a $900 hole in my pocket, I hardly see any improvement at all, even my spouse agreed and it was a total waste of money! In the beginning, Lynne promised to give me an extra 1 -2 treatments at the end of the course at no charge if her $200,000 new machine (from Israel) didn’t produce a satisfactory result on me. Then during my 6th treatment, she tried to blame me for not using her products and that’s why her treatment didn’t work on me! And of course, she’s didn’t even mention a single word of the free extra treatments she promised to give me when I first signed up. Also, during my 6th treatment, I noticed she was flustered for some reason, and forgot to treat a certain part of my skin. When I reminded her, she insisted that she had done it and blamed me for being forgetful! OMG, I can't believe she said that to me, she’s really rude! I also didn’t like her pressuring me to buy her skin care products when I could easily get them online at a much cheaper price. I remembered Lynne tried to get me to do a Google review after my first or second treatment. But I prefer to do the review only after I’ve completed the full course because that’s when you’ll be able to give a fair review on her skill level, her customer service and her professionalism. Her skill level is basic and her customer service was terrible! I won’t ever invest my money in her clinic and her expensive products again.

I would like to share my experience and highly recommend Mandurah anti ageing clinic, Lynne is very professional, she takes the time to explain your treatment so that you understand what to expect, l felt secure and comfortable, l could tell that Lynne has a lot of knowledge and experience in the procedures she performs, the staff are helpful and friendly will definitely be going back 😊

I had been to multiple clinics for laser hair removal treatments but the service at Mandurah Anti Ageing Clinic is by far the best! The ladies are all so professional and experienced and make you feel very comfortable. I couldn’t be happier with my results! Thank you.

I have been having IPL treatment over the course of 2 months, to which i have found Mandurah Anti Ageing Clinic to be very welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable, understanding, will go that extra mile to make sure their clients are 100% satisfied. Highly trained staff, latest equipments and very bubbly atmosphere.
My skin has improved and looks great. Im very happy with the results so far.
I highly recommend Mandurah Anti Aging Clinic.

Rude and very very intimidated. Pressured to pay for a course of treatments when i wanted one. I will return to Absolute Cosmetics. I felt like a number. I was rushed in and out. Never again!!! Disgusted with results. I have been having IPL for years, so I know what results I can get for my money. The whole experience was borderline traumatic and alot of money to part with if your not happy. I have already made an appointment at a trusted clinic where they do not hassle you to part with money you do not have. Thoroughly and utterly disgusted.

It's not often that one finds a clinic that understands you better than you yourself! I found Mandurah anti ageing clinic to be equipped with one of the best trained staff, very knowledgeable, understanding and pleasant to deal with, high tech equipments and a very welcoming atmosphere. My skin has improved tremendously and the results are so evident. Highly recommend this clinic!! To all the staff of Mandurah Anti Ageing clinic..thank you sooo much!!

The place looks stunning. It is really nice indeed. Staff and a business owner are really nice too.
But it comes to results. As we don’t pay to people for being just nice.
My experience unfortunately wasn't the best.
I used in the past Sarah Boxley. She moved to Freementle and Joondalup so a bit far.
I thought I will try pure luxury. I have to admit even price was higher than Sarah Boxley's prices, I was quite happy with results first $4000 spend. Except Botox injection that didn't do anything.
But I was told I need to do finish work. So I went for it at $1800 I had a very important party coming and thought oh well let's do it. To my surprise..I end up with: dark eye bruises, some lumps and bruises, and they didn't heal so my important look that I spend so much was ruined.
And on my party I look like after someone punch my face. It comes to fact that that second $1800 injections didn't do anything positive, just opposite. To this day I have like map on my right cheek, a bit whole under my eye and some lamps. But also noticed some wrinkles I never had start to form rapidly.
Well pretty bad considering all I want really to improve my lines * angry lines - didn't happen. I remember Sarah work that last me for some time and not even close to price I paid in Pure Luxury. And I had exactly what I ask for. Now $6000 lighter I am not happy at all. Yes I missed follow up appointment as I was very angry at myself to to for that painful, expensive finishing job. Finishing job that really make me look horrible. During that job I don’t know if lady knew what she is doing and honestly I think it was just to get extra money. I should not go for that but sometimes we trust professionals. Well I won’t trust this business again ever.
