It's a TRAP!! I was asked to sign a document without having a chance to read the fine print and they just said I don't have to worry about it. They said it's just normal procedures. Trusting them I signed it without knowing that I cannot quit unless I pay the membership fees for the rest of the year. Now, I have to pay $700 just to quit the gym. Reading the other reviews, I find that I am not the only one being cheated like this.

Before joining I like most people decided to read the Google comments (been a member for over 6 months now) and noticed their was some continuous comments made about hidden fees.

All I can safety say is there is absolutely no hidden fees if you read the contract like any other normal person 😂😂

The gym is fantastic, study area, cafe, pools, spas, saunas steam room, squash courts, cafe, leisure with large screen tv , creche and the list goes on

Staff very helpful especially if you simply just ask instead of assuming

Couldn't say a bad word the price for the service and access is value for money.

Just take into account what you would pay for a fitness first or other gym ($2 To $10 cheaper depending on membership) then compare it to the services on offer here and you see instant value.

    Highly recommended the club

    Disapppointed so MANY TIMES!!

    * Horrible customer service once you become a member.
    * A lot of unfair clause and hidden charges.
    * Rules they make up on the spot and when asked for written documentation to prove, they simply say they are not written down, “but sorry this is the rule”seriously!!!
    * Change of your favourite instructor with no member consultation

A gym to avoid. Same as other comments, if I could give zero star, I would.

AVOID! They will trap you for at least 13 months. Management is run by young kids with absent management. Hidden fees : e.g. if you put your membership on hold you will be charged $14 x week. They will keep accidently charge your card after your membership is cancelled - has happened to us 3 times. We were silly enough to believe each time that management I had changed and things were improving. Your letters and email and calls will not be returned when trying to change or cancel. Expect frustration with anything to do with feedback or changes. The children play area has dead cockroaches and smells disguisting. The couches are breaking and are very dirty. The food is greasy - it used to be really nice though. The gym and pool are good but there is hardly a lifeguard to keep an eye on people breaking the rules. The swim classes are average. The other classes are over crowded. I think the prices they charge are fair if they kept to their promises but at present the place is shocking if you look at hygiene maintenance safety and value. Good luck to them ripping off more people I hope this review spares a few of you out there.

DO NOT SIGN WITH THIS GYM:

    1. ENTIRE BUSINESS MODEL RELIES ON CLIENTS NOT READING CONTRACTS

    2. WILL NOT LET YOU QUIT

    3. MANAGEMENT RUN BY KIDS WHO DON'T TELL YOU WHAT YOU ARE SIGNING

    3. $290 IN CANCELLATION FEES AFTER HAVING BEEN THERE FOR ONLY 3 MONTHS

    4. CONTRACT BREACHES MULTIPLE FAIR TRADING CLAUSES

    5. IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD

We have been coming here past 12 months. Menu has definitely gone down hill, in price and taste. You have to add $2 to add chips to kids meal = $12 for a kids meal. Gnochi I had today which tasted really awful. WIFI is either VERY slow or not working. Ladies toilet is only have half number of cubicles functioning and ceiling has been exposed for weeks.

AVOID this place. It's durty, personnal trainner are really bad and they try to take money from you as much as they can. I advice not taking any contract with them, because they will rip you off. WORST gym/swimming pool I ever been in my life.

Love this place! Based on the UK's David Lloyd clubs. If you're looking for a friendly, very social, fitness based club for all of the family, then this is the place for you! Coffee, food all good too. Only minor gripe is the lounge & changing room decor needs update, kids play area should be members & their guests only, swimming pool lanes widened for families/kids & quiet/serious swimming. More of these definitely needed around Sydneygreat place for expats too.

Management is exceptionally disorganised. This place has a lot of potential but appears to be running by young kids with absent management. Hidden fees : e.g. if you put your membership on hold you will be charged $14 x week. You cannot cancel without a 3 months notice. Your letters and email and calls will not be returned when trying to change or cancel. Expect frustration with anything to do with feedback or changes. The children play area has dead cockroaches and food amongst the balls and smells disguisting. The couches are breaking. The food is OK. The gym and pool are good but there is hardly a lifeguard to keep an eye on people breaking the rules. The swim classes are average. I think the prices they charge are fair. If you can close your eyes and ignore all the annoying things this is a good place. The sad part is that if they put in some effort this place would be hugely popular.

Warning - Very poor service. I have been a member for 5 years , but been constantly dissapointed with the cleanliness and maintenance of the facility. Showers are often out of order for more than a week, soaps in the dispensers rarely refilled, and maintenance to equipment and facilities seems to take ages. Letters to management take 4 months to get any effective response. Policy of yearly price increases now means it is the most expensive gym in the area. Membership now cancelled and have to continue to pay a ridiculous 3 month notification period of fees. Appalling
