I ordered a starter motor for a Hyundai automatic. I should have ordered a starter motor for a Hyundai manual. New model wreckers sent me out 2 starter motors before I realised I had ordered the wrong part. They then sent me a 3rd starter motor for a manual and just asked me to return the old ones which I did. Their service is excellent.

Kayla, I'm not your mate and its pretty annoying to be called that over and over again. Your dismissive attitude and the way you talk over me is pretty annoying and the fact you quoted me more for a used part than the cost of a brand new part from Rolls Royce means you dont get my business now or ever.. My dodgy mechanic told me first I have to change gearbox, so I ordered a gearbox from New Model Wreckers at a very reasonable price. As they needed to dismantle from another car, they asked me to pay advance. I paid and then it came out I dont need gearbox. This guy Aron, processed my refund without even I asked him to refund. I was so amazed to see their honesty and generosity. Wish them very good luck.

The quoted me $85 for a parcel shelf, and $150 for 2 back head rests for a 07 Getz. I got 3 back head rests and a parcel shelf at pick and pay less for $65.

Have dealt with this company twice, first about 2 years ago for a steering pump,it worked perfectly,called them again 2 weeks ago for an a/c compressor, it worked fine. Have been treated Good on each occasion, I live in QLD ordered part one day and it was on my doorstep the next delivered by TNT. Cant complain about that .

Extremely impressed. Despite being warned that they were incredibly busy my spare part arrived before 9am the following day! Incorrect part which was more than happily swapped over within 24 hours! Great customer service. Definitely my new spare parts supplier.
