AAA+ Sent to these guys through my insurance company. Absolutely great service and workmanship. I dealt with Dave and Jason and both were courteous, professional and all feedback on booking, queries and pick up xcellent. Replaced my aluminium tray and its perfect. Thanks heaps guys will be back for reversing camera 🖒🖒🖒

Insurance organised to repair through camden crash.
My car came back only partially repaired with damage remaining to brakes/wheel bearing/cvs
When i asked them to rectify the issue they responded with "its a wear and tear issue" despite having replaced bearings and cvs less than a year ago.
Halfassed mechanics and slimey businessmen.

NRMA took my car to camden smash repairs, I inspected my car a week later and asked if I could get a loan car. The answer was no we don't do that you should contact your insurer. I said Renos smash repairs offered me a loan car, they replied 'well why don't you take your car there' so I did and they had a loan car at my house within 2hrs.

Very disappointed!!! Too long of a story to put in description, but overall very bad experience with this mop. Firstly, they were lacked in communication with their client. It took them 3 months plus to do a maximum 3 weeks job. In the end, sadly the job was not even done right and had to take it elsewhere to rectify the disgraceful effort. Don't recommend this place to anyone!

Got a few price quotes and what needs doing for insurance purpose and this place was by far the worst in terms of how Jason only wanted to do minimal job on your car, unhelpful and ironically got quoted the longest to finish the job (beware, this place closes on Saturday on top of the slow turnaround time).
Not a trust worthy mechanic.
There are some good, helpful and honest mechanics around the area.
I already warned my friends and family about this place and funny enough I had feedbacks from people who came across Jason and didn't have anything good to say about him.

Not very helpful, I asked if I could get a written quote for an insurance claim, flat out told me they don't do written quotes. Checked their website, and their "friendly and helpful" staff are supposed to be able to provide quotes no matter if it's an old second hand car or a new one. What a load of bs
