I visited several Hyundai dealerships looking for my new car. Ian Martin at Campbelltown was very helpful and the only salesperson who took the time to give me a thorough run through of the car I was looking to purchase. Ian went above and beyond to work around my commitments to facilitate the deal without any pressure, and to ensure delivery of my car in a timeframe that worked well with me. Went up there to your yard to look at purchasing a new car. So much choice. But we finally decided on a Tucson. Your trade in offer for my car was not acceptable. And was was lower compared to another Hyundai dealership. Sad thing was I was a repeat customer purchasing my first two cars from you thats why I come back. After being told a price i left your yard deflated. However yesterday, I got my car and a great trade in price along with many accessories at another dealership that went above any beyond to get me into my car.

Just doing check and inspection but cost me $400. I compared with the previous bills, the price increased from $170 to $400 with the same service, no fixing or replacing any parts. Staffs can't even give the good explaination why the price goes up ridiculous like that. What a rip off!!! I will never come here for a car service or buy car from this place anymore.

Recently purchased a Hyundai i20 from Sanjee at Paul Wakeling Hyundai. After getting a run around elsewhere, I was pleasantly surprised when I was offered a fair deal upfront by Sanjee. The i20 was delivered on time, with no fuss and all the staff were pleasant to deal with. This is the fourth new vehicle I have bought and is by far the best experience I have had. It's how buying a new vehicle should be!
