Happy and confident with the service and the work done by South West Automotive.

My vehicle required epic repairs. The team was excellent answering my questions, keeping me informed on progress, and following up on my concerns.

I have previously had my regular servicing done here. I was so happy with them that even though I moved out of town I came back for this major work.

I am very appreciative that they have gone out of their way to make sure the job was done right and that I was happy with everything. Outstanding for any business in any industry, period.

I have been using Les, Sue and the team for regular service/maintenance on my work van for a couple years now and I am very happy with their care and service, that I am pleased to write this review. I do recommend to all drivers of any type of vehicle to call or drop in and you will soon be asking yourself why hadn't you gone earlier.

How good are these guys (and girls)?
I have been using southwest for quite a while now. Every time I turn up, the office staff treat you like royalty and "the boys" are only too happy to answer your questions, regardless of how busy they are.
My truck is 23 years old and they still treat it like a new one.
They always let me know if something looks like it's wearing out and always get permission to repair it before they proceed (or let me know how long it will last). I can't afford to have the truck off the road for too long, they are quick, their prices are competitive and repairs done 100% first time.
