Had to the great experience of going into their sister centre of National capital Suzuki in Tuggeranong and buying my new Swift. Frim the get go all the salesman behaved with class and Scott had so much information on the Suzuki range easily answering any questions I had. Greg made the finance option very easy to understand and assisted with the whole process and explained everything in detail. Will be going back in a few years time for my next car!

Excellent customer service and price
Kimberly and the team did an outstanding job helping my daughter when her old car died. They made the whole experience seamless from trading in the old car (they liaised with service people for me) to having my daughter test drive new Kias and lending her a car while the new car we had purchased was delivered. They registered it for us as well as delivering the car to my daughters address as she was in the middle of exams. I can't thank them enough.

I would highly recommend National Capital Motors.

Just purchased a Nissan Qashqai from Sam and couldn't be happier. Sam has so much knowledge about the Nissan range and gave exceptional service. I was introduced to a few of the other managers as well and they were all lovely. Overall great experience, highly recommend National Capital Belconnen to anyone looking for a car!

Great service, helped me out so much to get such a great deal with my Hyundai Accent. I left the shop with great knowledge about my car. Very different experience then the last car dealership I purchased from. They strive for great customer service and it was defiantly appreciated. Very average experience with the used car department.

Was originally quoted an interest rate, prior to commitment, 3% lower than what they actually signed me up for. Managed to talk them down slightly but could have gotten something better from the bank.
Only provided me with a road worthy check after I threatened to pull the pin on purchase.
Was advised car had a full service history, only to find out the log book had never been stamped and now rely on a service log print out from Ford.
Stuffed up the date on my extended warranty (due to them not including the 3 month warranty) which almost made me liable for thousands of dollars worth of repairs a month after I bought it. Not to mention these were repairs which they should have known about and repaired prior to selling.

Make sure you ask plenty of questions and hold them to their word. Pretty sly salesmen over there (typical used car dealer).

My 6 month free service was a joke as well. A simple oil and filter change had me drive to the other side of town twice only to be told they forgot to book me in, or they had failed to book in my courtesy car. Ended up paying for a better service elsewhere.

Definitely wouldn't recommend. There are many better used car dealers in town.

Got to say one of the best experiences. I had expected the process of buying a car to be long and mentally draining. But not at nat caps. Sales staff there in particular Andrew was extremely helpful. He had helped me with taking the car seat out of my car and putting it in the demo car for a test drive so that I could bring my son with me. Really went out of his way to make sure it was a good experience. Ended up buying the Kia Sportage from Andrew and his manager Amir was a huge help in dealing with our trade in also. Got to say 10/10 from me would recommend if you are buying a Kia, suzuki or Nissan that national capital motors would be the first place to go to

Absolutely shocking service. Poor communication, no regard for the customer. They complete the bare minimum to make the sale and want nothing more to do with you.
My partner even received a slimy comment about "putting the company out of business" because we asked for a deal. If you can get your car elsewhere, avoid this company.
