I'm really happy with the haircut I received! Hairdresser really seemed to understand my descriptions of how I wanted it done, even though I wasn't sure how to fully explain. I got exactly what I wanted and my hair looks good! Plus she was faster than most hairdressers typically are with my hair. Kinda quiet, but that was alright with me. The shampoo and conditioning took a long time, seemed like the lady repeated each at least twice. The scalp massages were nice though. Overall, a bit pricey compared to what I usually pay, but definitely good quality.

Great haircut but lacking good customer service. The Ladies hairdressing staff looked bored and unwelcoming. Almost as if they were annoyed they had customers to take care of. I may have got them on a bad day, sadly not a great first impression.

Very rarely have to wait long. Men's cut can usually be done in 20 mins and is always good. Price is reasonable.

Went in after another place in Woden messed up my hair (something I thought was impossible for a short back and sides) explained what had happened and they were extremely helpful they fixed the problem and made sure I was happy before I left. Extremely happy with this place will definitely be back next time I am in town.
