Items are cheaper than elsewhere and staff are friendly. Had a pharmacist who dispensed wrong medication once but they handled the matter well and made up for it. That demonstrates that they care for their customers.

First time visiting this store. Very similar style to Chemist Warehouse. Almost next to exit to car park which is convenience if you only wanted to go to the chemist. Staff are attentive and friendly, at least the girl who served me. Prices are cheap in most things. The only negative is the dirty carpet, should steam clean especially it's a chemist selling medicines

The only reason I'd go back is because a lot of their products / medication are cheaper than RRP (recommended retail price).
Other than that, 4 out of 5 staff members are unfriendly, moody, look like they hate their jobs, are unhappy to serve you and just want to leave. They don't even smile.
Place is also tight and cramped, which can get quite frustrating.response / report this review -
