Ordered safety glasses to the value of $210.49 - Order #210747 (placed on 14 March 2017 4:51:12 pm AEDT).
Called number supplied as per website instructions, to check on the status of my order.The response to my inquiry was, that there is no number to call to check up on the status of your order, this can only be done by email.
Sent a total of 50 Emails for a status of my order, no reply.

Great store. Fantastic and wide array of height safety equipment, provided with great customer service. Easily navigated website and they provided tracking details.

Only got 1 star due there not being an option for 0. Ordered 2 rope protectors and a harness. I received my harness but no protectors and a note saying back ordered, at no point when I was paying did it mention they weren't in stock and it wouldn't come at the same time as the harness.
I needed the equipment for a certain time and it made it difficult for me.
I asked for a refund and they took ages to get back and say no and I have sent 3-4 more and received no reply.

Very bad and amateur customer service. I have previously been let down by companies and they automatically refunded so must be a very small scale operation that isn't up to stocking basic things it sells.
Will not recommend to anyone.
