Good private bus service with comfortable seats. You need to book in advance. Their bus ride from Sydney to Canberra is reasonably quick. They used to have a larger range of trips but this seems to have reduced with COVID. Their Central bus stop is opposite the Christ Church St Laurence and the Wake Up! backpacker accomodation.

Have travelled between Sydney and Canberra several times and have never had an issue. Always had a comfortable journey. But my most recent one was far from comfortable. A lady on the bus wouldn't stop talking to the person seated next to her. And she was loud. Imagine having to listen to a loud screeching sound continuously for 3 hours. Not sure how the other passengers tolerated it. Probably because they had their headphones on. Just wondering why Murray's doesn't do anything about such situations.

I love Murray's Coaches and it's a really good depot. I recently started taking the Murray's Coach to Canberra one a month (to run my Meetups there) and I love them.
The drivers are really kind, professional and it's a very smooth ride.
The depot in Pitt St is very easy to find and boarding is very simple. Not that I have bags to go underneath the bus, but I can tell that they're really helpful and spot on there. Great people!response / report this review -

Murray's services are always exceptional.

Reliability of their service
Free Wifi on board
USB Charging
Restroom
Cons:
Wearing a seat belt for long distances. (Train journey was very much comfortable with more leg room and better view of the nature)
Spacing between two seats is very less, if you are traveling with an unknown person sitting next to you.response / report this review -
