Worse customer service this place only deserves -5 stars i went there waited till some guy named scott got of the phone no apology for keeping me wating well his to busy on the phone told him the problem i was having with my equipment and than tells me theres a atleast 2 and half weeks wait just to see whats wrong and than it could take longer if they need to order parts the way he spoke to me was like he didn't care about the customers i end up taking it to freeway mowers there stuff was amazing they listened to me and fix my equipment.
I dont recommend any one to use them there review's explain everything and i should of read the reviews before i came as most of there reviews are horrible like there customer servies

I don't know what has changed when we purchased our shredder couple of years ago the service was excellent .
we took in our shredder for service and upon checking it at home they did not replace the spark plugs or filter they just cleaned them, they failed to turn the blade over as we asked. They said to bring it back hell no way what did we pay for we showed the Sparks and filter to another place and they agreed they are not new.
Paying $175 for what??

I've had a horrible experience here! They kept me waiting so long when i went in just to drop off a mower for check up. Then they took extremely long to get back to me (2.5 weeks) to tell me what was wrong with the mower which another mower servicing company could tell me in a few minutes! And to make my experience worse, they asked me to pay for taking that look even though my mower was under warranty - and they mentioned nothing about any cost when I asked them when I dropped it off! If anyone ever has to go to them for any sort of work (I'd obviously suggest going to someone else), make sure that you're upfront about everything and get it in writing on an invoice or some sort of acknowledgement so they can't demand you to pay up for something when you come to collect your product instead of mentioning it when you drop it off!

Been a customer at the store for years, the staff are the most approachable
The sales help is excellent and the staff will answer any questions that I might have.
I wouldn't go anywhere else for servicing my lawnmowers or even buying new machines.

Got my trimmer serviced here and it turned out to be a long story. Initially I was really unhappy with the service, it was taking much too long and I was getting the runaround on the phone when checking on it. I wrote a negative review about my experience and almost immediately got a call from Scott (the manager). He explained the reason for the delays, apologised for the bad service and then personally worked really hard to get the problem resolved and make sure I was happy. Good on him for caring so much about customer satisfaction, really impressed with how he got on top of it and changed my experience to a positive one.

16 Feb 2017: I rang Mowers Galore asking if they service/repair Ryobi whipper snippers as I had a leaking fuel tank. Fair enough, he said they didn't but didn't volunteer any suggestions. I asked him for advice; he claimed that's the problem that there are no spare parts for Ryobi's. Clearly, this was, and, is wrong. My impression was that he couldn't be bothered and I was wasting his time.

Ever heard of 'first impressions'?

Absolute disgraceful, know nothing about customer service, went to ask for a specific tool for a mower and just told to "find other store that sells that cos we ain't selling those" and just walk off. Shame on you!

I would highly recommend using Mowers Galore for all your lawn mower needs. I have had to call on them a number of times for parts, service and advice to help resurrect my old lawnmower. I have been consistently impressed with their knowledge and friendly, efficient service. They really have provided me invaluable assistance in keeping my lawnmower going. When my lawnmower does finally cut its last blade of grass they will be the first place I go for a new mower.
