This place was absolutely DISGUSTING!
Unfortunately we got stranded through another motel confusing our booking as being cancelled and this was a last option at midnight. What a huge mistake. I would not even attempt to sleep in that bed. I wrapped myself in clothing as I could not bring myself to even pull the blankets back. I refused to have a shower and tried to hold off using that filthy toilet. As I had to go I completely covered it in toilet roll and would not sit on it. Left as soon as daylight hit. Would have slept better on the street. DO NOT STAY HERE! This place needs to be shut down. Its inhabitable and I wouldn't even house pets here. GROSS. If I could give negative starts it wouldn't be enough. Worst $100 spent in my life. Council get in here and shut this down now!response / report this review -

This place is a Flea pit and a Flophouse and should be condemned by the Maribyrnong Council Health department as unfit for human inhabitation and shut down

Full of bed bugs in every room stayed there for a month all my body was beaten by bed bugs badly infected not a night was a Good sleep ,every night was try not to get beaten ,try sleep .stressed full month of my life

Full of junkies really run down even the cockroaches wore bandanas got headlice and bed bug bites managers ignoring prostitution and ice dealers dealing on premises ambulance was there at least 3 times with overdoses in one night police arresting patrons really not want your child wants to see people with dogs kids screaming up and down. The place just completely awful beds with blood from syringes hot water didn't work fridge and bathroom mouldy

Easily "the worst" place to live in Melbourne. I had an experience of staying 2 overnights where the receptionist has gone away and put the cleaner as incharge, and the other night i could smell the receptionist smoking illicit weed substance while on duty. The bathrooms were smelling faeces and there were some bits of faecal matter stuck in the shower cabinet. No towels, nobody to help, AC doesn't work, Tv remote needs to be brought from the front reception. And at last even writing such review doesn't even bother them. That's their attitude. Seems like the owner of this motel runs business 24/7 with just 2-3 staff on board whilst paying them 15-20 an hour. That's the picture u get. Utter waste of money, please sleep in your cars guys

It needs alot of attention to rooms no teaspoons for guest to stir your hot drink and it needs a paint job badly maybe some but all mattress to be changed as my sinks in the centre
