Hot water was limited and was only on for a few days at a time during the night and day. Very tight entry. Bed was not very comfortable but the place was VERY tidy and the air conditioner was REALLY effective.

Rooms are dated but perfectly clean. Newly renovated bathrooms. Air-conditioning effective. The usual drawback of being located on the highway means truck noise overnight if that bothers you. Well priced.

The rooms are quite comfortable, and have all the usual amenities, including Foxtel and internet. For this type of motel, I would regard it as more of an overnight stay in passing through Stawell, instead of a longer stay. It is in an easy location on the main road through Stawell, with take away food venues a walk away. Every time we pass through Stawell we use this motel, and at this writing was still sub 100 for the night.

Friendly service. Immaculately clean. Brand new spacious ensuite. Good location on hwy plus just around the corner from town.. restaurants, pub etc. Extremely competitive rates.

Highly recommend this place for the price, flexibility, customer service and cleanliness. Rather than paying so much more by staying in Halls Gap, I picked this place and decided to drive 20 mins to Halls Gap instead. Considering the fuel, it was still much cheaper than staying at Halls Gap.

Affordable and quaint with stellar free WiFi as a stand out service. Only complaints were the beds which were slightly uncomfortable to sleep in for those taller than 5"10 and the intermittent hot water service when showering. This motel is a great place to stay for its price if you plan to travel to nearby Halls Gap or Ararat.
