Great place to stay - quite affordable and comes equipped with a furnished kitchen.

Air conditioner quality can vary.

Mobile signal is patchy near the back of the park.

Me and my brother really enjoyed the place, far better then we expected it to be. Nice warm pool, a lake on the door step and lovely owners. I guess it does get busy but not the weeks before Christmas when we where there. Will both be back. Thank you.

Park by the LAKEgreat layoutcamping to cabins to caravans. Well maintained park. Try fish and chips on a Friday night by the lake. Just 20 minutes from Stawell.

Fantastic place the cabins where very clean and layout was excellent staff were friendly would definitely recommend to others. 4 stars maybe 5 after the Bistro refurbishment is completed.

Cabins are clean with good facility for cooking and great shower. Not enough blankets supplied. Very expensive wi-fi.

We are staying in the village cabins which are in the middle of the park, it also offers unpowered and powered sites as well as ensuite camp areas. The cabins are clean and well maintained, though quite small but you should be outside anyway. It is on the shore of lake Fyans ask lots of boating opportunities. Had a pool, games room and bistro. You can have open fires in fire drums. Service is very good. Great view of the Grampians.

Owner was very rude, within 25 min of being there was told off for using a baby Webber Q on the balcony to cook because it was raining and told to be quiet and we weren't being loud. DON'T GO THERE PEOPLE SAVE YOUR MONEY

Booked a camping area in advance over Easter, couldn't find a spot free. They over booked and tell people to park where ever, and these groups spill out into other areas. When we mentioned this, they told us we should have got here earlier and that we are not getting our money back. I do not recommended, you're lucky I'm giving you one star >:-(

Absolutely terrible experience. Arrived after paying in full, to find the caravan park was basically packed in like sardines. When expressed concern to the owner, she refused a refund and was terribly rude. I would not recommend ANYONE to give money to these money hungry people, who couldn't care less about your experience or customer satisfaction as long as they have your money. There are so many wonderful places to stay at Halls Gap, avoid this one at all costs.

Worst experience at a Caravan park!
Staff and owner were absolutely rude, and they made up rules and prices as they pleased! Charging us extra for nights after we had already paid!
They were also extremely rude to our children. Absolutely NO people skills! We came up with a group of about 20 people and everyone including others not in our group that we spoke to felt the same way! Will NEVER return or reccommened this disgrace of a place to anyone!

Absolutely appalled by the behaviour of the staff at Lake Fyans Holiday Park.
We had a large group of people staying over the Cup weekend, around 20 or so, and we had problem after problem from booking mix-ups to extra payments. The office staff were extremely rude to my partner who wandered down to pay the extra the first time we were told we had to pay more and then on the final day the staff came down to argue and abuse our family!
They made one of our children, 8 years of age, cry for no reason and proceeded to try and intimidate my sister-in-law. They demanded MORE money from our family and changed their rates on us when we tried to leave.
We will never return to this caravan park and will never ever recommend this place to anyone we know or anyone thinking of going up that way. I would rate 0 stars if I could. Disgraceful excuse for a holiday park when you treat your guests as such.
