We paid over 600 for 2 nights definitely no way would i stay here again after being out all day just wanted to come in and shower my 2 young grand daughters and walked into a room that had not been cleaned even after stopping at front desk before we left in the morning asking if they could make sure we have a room cleaned and fresh towels the room wasnt very clean when we first got here the fold out bed had no doona or blankets the bathroom still had hair everywhere for the money they charge they really need to pick up in cleaning but as i said never again they should be a shame of themselfs with the service they have oh but i did get a box of chocolates ..really.

Very convenient to many of Sydney's attractions. The accommodation was clean and well maintained.
Two problems though was the lack of ramp access. It was terrible trying to get a pram up and down front stairs. Consequently my daughter tripped up the stairs carrying the luggage. She had to have stitches in her knee as a result. There should be a sign warning people to watch their step as the steps are higher one side than the other.response / report this review -

Oh!!! ws great being in Metro Apartment. Lucky to hv a well cleaned rooms that almost looked new. Very helpful service and convenient for any access. Would love to have our next stay.

Well located to Aquarium and Powerhouse museum. No wheelchair access I could see. Room was small and the steepest stairs to the second floor bedroom area I have every seen without them being an actual ladder. Otherwise it was clean, everything worked and the staff where helpful.

My husband and I paid approx. $638.00 for 2 nights stay, one of those nights being our wedding night.
The rooms were not clean and the noise from traffic and night life was very noisey.
Another problem was the bathroom. The enamel was worn away on the bath with a large stain on the bottom of the bath.
I was shocked when a cockroach came scurrying out from behind the washing machine.
The airconditioner was filthy, we turned it on and balls of fluff and dust dropped out onto the lower floor of the apartment.
The whole place smelt like a toilet block fragrance, strong and overpowering.
The staff were very courteous and helpful.
Another problem with this building is that there isn't a set down or pick up area. We had to cart our luggage to the back lane and call a taxi to come and pick us up from the lane. The only place the driver could stop.
Included in our booking were 2 adult and 2 children's passes to the local attractions, Sydney Aquarium being one of them.

Clean. Service desk staff very professional and always smiling and greeting us. Had an issue with washing machine but is being attended to while we are out. On level 2 can hear the street noise but a constant drone at night means not too hard to sleep through.

My room smelled like a truck full of industrial strength fragranced cleaning product. Absolutely horrible. Nice view of the harbour.

One great feature, had magnificent views of Darling Harbour. The sofa bed was putrid (dirty bedsheets wth a thin layer of dust & sand).
Was told they had a $35 a day parking deal wth Wilson car parks near by provided you do not take your car out or else the deal is void. Great location but the accomodation is filthyresponse / report this review
