Everything was great. The room is way far better than my own homen, everything in excellent condition. Very good bathroom and amenities. Nice staff. Located 1 minute walking from Kings Cross and good restaurants around. Room was a little dusty, but that didn't compromise my stay. When I arrived they were painting the door of my room, but the staff is so great there, that the painter gave me many hints about the places do visit and have fun in Sydney!

Expensive for those who live and work in developing countries, but that is Australia, folks.

I paid for the Devine room with harbour views, so I was immediately surprised when we were shown to our room on the third floor looking out at a crane and another building. We couldn't call reception because the phone was unplugged from the wall and therefore had not been charging.

After reaching reception on my mobile, we found out we had in fact been given the wrong room and that the room we should be staying in is now booked. We were then shown to another room on the 11th floor which was a lot nicer than the room we were 'mistakenly' given so we agreed to stay there the night. It's a shame we booked for the view and that was our biggest compromise.

I should also note I paid a $45 fee for a parking space only to find out all the parking spaces were already taken and we had to park on a ramp out of the cover. There were renovations taking place, which I understand is sometimes unavoidable although a warning the hotel will resonate with the sound or jack hammers early Saturday morning would have been appreciated.

My favorite hotel in Sydney, friendly staff during our arrival and departure. I love their design in the room, comfort bed and very clean room. The only lack down was the gym facility, needed to go out of the building before I can get into the gym. Other than that, I'm satisfied with overall service and accommodation. I will still recommend this hotel to others.

It's well positioned in what used to be an entertainment hub. It allows pets and provides a very nice bed and welcome pack for your favourite non-human friend.
I stayed in a balcony room. The room is standard hotel size - possibly a concern if you are not the favourite friend of your non-human co-guest. But that is a small gripe, one of perspective and the room size was not overstated by the hotel.
What is not acceptable is the large balcony has not one inch of protection from sun, rain or constant wind. Get the council permits and provide an encloseure and make the balcony usable for the guests who've paid for a room with a balcony.
One other quirk - particularly annoying - after 10pm you need to speak to reception to gain access to the secure carpark - security concerns apparently and doesn't speak well of the average patron of the hotel.. I guess.

Not more than 4 stars. Missing basic things such as tooth paste. Probably I won't go there again.

I stayed at hotel for 8days, and before i check in they asked me 100bucks for deposit, then when i checked out they promise me to give me back that money in 3 or 2days but it turned out such a liar. Its been 6days for me not to get that money back. And i called them and complained but they just keep saying u have to wait few days more. What a pathetic service? They lost their trust by cheating on me and i hope u guy doesn't stay there.

The staff are fantastic, every one appears so happy and are very diligent in the conduct of their duties. The rooms are exceptional and very comfortable. Mini bar is well stocked and external traffic noise in next to nil.
The staff even wrote a personal card wishing me a pleasant stay.
The workers here are a real credit to this hotel and would like to thank them personally for the effort they have made during my stay.
